Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, texture, or size are natural and are not considered defects.

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Requests made after the return window has expired

3. Return Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
